SHIPPING & RETURN
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 working days of purchase. However, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders will not be delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. All orders include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by DHL + UPS Mail Service.
If you order more than two bags, please note that we only refund in store credits.
If you would like to return your NICA Bag for exchange or refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your NICA Bag.
We only accept returned bags new and unused and our original packaging.
Since every bag is unique, we only accept returns once.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Within a period of 14 working days from the moment we received your package in our Atelier, the Bag the refund will be arranged.
The refund will be made through PayPal or money transfer and does not include shipping costs.
Please make sure that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost on the way.
Cost of Return Shippings are on behalf of the customer, unless the parties have agreed upon otherwise.
Items purchased during sale can only be returned in exchange for a gift card with the value of the purchased amount.
We do not offer a refund on bags on sale.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost.
