We hope you love your Nicasconcept piece, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to send it back.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) in their original condition – unused, with all tags attached, and in the original dust bag or packaging.

Free Returns Within Germany

We now offer free returns within Germany!
To request your prepaid return label, please email:

Returns from Outside Germany

For returns outside Germany, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep proof of delivery in case the package is lost.

Clearly mark your parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration form. Nicasconcept is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

DUTIES & TAXES

You will be liable for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These fees are charged by your country’s customs office and are due at or after delivery.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by destination country.

Since these fees are not calculated or collected by NICASCONCEPT, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you’re unsure about the charges before placing your order.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale can only be returned in exchange for a gift card equal to the amount paid.
We do not offer refunds on sale items – only store credit.
